    Prepare Mixed Greens

    In a large bowl, add the mixed greens and set aside.

    Chop the spring onions into thin slices and add them to the bowl with the mixed greens.

    Season the tuna steaks with salt and black pepper on both sides.

    In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the tuna steaks and sear for about 1-2 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if desired. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

    Once slightly cooled, slice the tuna into thin strips and place in the refrigerator to chill.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame seeds until well combined.

Assembling the Salad
