Wings Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Season the Wings

In a large bowl, toss the bone-in chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil, making sure they are not touching each other.

Cooking the Wings

  1. 4

    Bake the Wings

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and crispy.

  2. 5

    Coat with Sauce

Remove the wings from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until they are well coated.
