Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a skillet, sauté the minced garlic and chopped onion over medium heat until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add Spinach

Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Dip Mixture

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth.

  5. 5

    Add Artichokes and Seasonings

Chop the canned artichoke hearts and add them to the bowl along with the sautéed spinach, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Baking

  1. 6

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Transfer the dip mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.

  2. 7

    Bake the Dip

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Serving

  1. 8

    Serve with Tortilla Chips

Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
