Preparation

  1. 1

    Clean and Prepare Wings

Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.

  2. 2

    Season the Wings

Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the wings and toss to coat evenly.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Bake or Fry the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy. Alternatively, you can deep fry them in hot oil until golden brown.

Sauce Preparation

  1. 4

    Make Golden Dragon Sauce

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and garlic powder. Mix until well blended.

  2. 5

    Make 3rd Shift Original Sauce

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add hot sauce and minced garlic, stirring well until combined.

  3. 6

    Make Buffalo Sauce

In a bowl, whisk together hot sauce, melted butter, and cider vinegar until smooth.

  4. 7

    Make Honey Chili Sauce

In a bowl, mix honey, chili flakes, and soy sauce until well combined.

  5. 8

    Prepare BBQ Sauce

Simply set aside your favorite BBQ sauce in a bowl for serving.

  6. 9

    Make Lemon Pepper Sauce

Combine lemon juice, black pepper, and olive oil in a bowl. Whisk to mix thoroughly.

  7. 10

    Make Voodoo Sauce

In a bowl, mix hot sauce, brown sugar, and garlic powder until well blended.

Serving

  1. 11

    Coat the Wings

Once the wings are cooked, divide them into seven portions. Toss each portion with one of the sauces until well coated.

  2. 12

    Serve

Arrange the wings on a platter and serve with additional sauce on the side if desired.
