Method

Preparing the Appetizers

  1. 1

    Chicken Wings

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss the chicken wings in salt and pepper, then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.

  2. 2

    Mozzarella Sticks

Prepare the mozzarella sticks by coating them in flour, then dipping in beaten egg, and finally rolling in breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C) and fry the sticks for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  3. 3

    Potato Skins

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut potatoes in half and scoop out some flesh. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and place skin-side down on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy. Fill with cheese and bacon bits, then return to the oven for another 5 minutes until cheese is melted.

Preparing the Dipping Sauces

  1. 4

    Buffalo Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt 1/2 cup of butter and mix with 1 cup of hot sauce. Stir well and simmer on low for 5 minutes.

  2. 5

    Marinara Sauce

In a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add a can of crushed tomatoes, salt, and pepper, and simmer for 15 minutes.

  3. 6

    Sour Cream

Simply place sour cream in a small bowl and set aside for serving.
