Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss the chicken wings in salt and pepper, then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.

Potato Skins
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut potatoes in half and scoop out some flesh. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and place skin-side down on a baking sheet.
