Method
Hot Dog Preparation
- 1
Grill or Boil Hot Dogs
Cook the all-beef hot dogs by either grilling them over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, or boiling them in water for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- 2
Toast the Buns
While the hot dogs are cooking, lightly toast the hot dog buns either on the grill or in a toaster for a minute or until they are golden brown and slightly crispy.
Assembly
- 3
Assemble the Hot Dogs
Place a cooked hot dog inside each toasted bun. Then, layer the toppings, starting with the diced tomatoes, followed by the chopped onions, and then the neon green relish.
- 4
Add Pickles and Peppers
On top of the relish, add a pickle spear on one side and a sports pepper on the other side of each hot dog.
- 5
Finish with Celery Salt
Sprinkle a pinch of celery salt over the hot dogs to enhance the flavor.
