1. Prepare the Fries

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through cooking.

3. Make the Roux

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, whisk in the all-purpose flour. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the mixture is golden and bubbly.
