Preparation of Chicken Wings

Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Mix well until the wings are evenly coated with the spices.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Bake the Wings
Place the marinated chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the wings are crispy and fully cooked, flipping them halfway through.

Preparation of Tofu

Prepare the Tofu
If using seasoned tofu, slice it into bite-sized cubes. If using plain tofu, marinate it with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder before cooking.

Cook the Tofu
In a skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.

Arrange the baked chicken wings, steak strips, and cooked tofu on a serving platter.
