Method

Preparation of Chicken Wings

  1. 1

    Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, combine the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Mix well until the wings are evenly coated with the spices.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  3. 3

    Bake the Wings

Place the marinated chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the wings are crispy and fully cooked, flipping them halfway through.

Preparation of Steak

  1. 4

    Prepare the Steak

Season the steak with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.

  2. 5

    Cook the Steak

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Adjust cooking time based on your desired doneness. Let the steak rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.

Preparation of Tofu

  1. 6

    Prepare the Tofu

If using seasoned tofu, slice it into bite-sized cubes. If using plain tofu, marinate it with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder before cooking.

  2. 7

    Cook the Tofu

In a skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.

Serving

  1. 8

    Plate the Dish

Arrange the baked chicken wings, steak strips, and cooked tofu on a serving platter.

  2. 9

    Add Dipping Sauces

Serve with ranch dressing and blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping.
