In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded white cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, sour cream, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix until well combined and creamy.

Incorporate Crab
Gently fold the lump crab meat and chopped parsley into the cheese mixture. Be careful not to break up the crab too much.

Prepare Topping
In a small bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, melted unsalted butter, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated with butter.

Assemble and Bake
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the crab dip mixture into a baking dish and evenly sprinkle the breadcrumb topping over the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
