We take baked breaded chicken fingers and toss them into our Sticky Sweet Sriracha sauce. Your fingers will be sticky.

Preparing the Chicken Fingers

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breasts into strips of about 1 inch wide.

Bread the Chicken
Coat each chicken strip in the flour mixture, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with bread crumbs. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the Chicken
Drizzle olive oil over the breaded chicken fingers. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
Preparing the Sticky Sweet Sriracha Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a small saucepan, whisk together the Sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water.

Heat the Sauce
Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer, stirring frequently until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
Combining and Serving

Toss Chicken Fingers
Once the chicken fingers are baked, remove them from the oven and place them in a large mixing bowl. Pour the Sticky Sweet Sriracha sauce over the chicken fingers.

Mix Well
Toss the chicken fingers in the sauce until they are evenly coated.

Serve the sticky chicken fingers immediately, garnished with sliced green onions if desired.
