Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.

Cream Butter and Sugar
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add Base Ingredients
Mix in the Candle Waster and Common Sense (blueberry) until fully combined. Add in the vanilla extract and mix well.

Combine Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add Dry to Wet
Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.

Fold in Fruits
Gently fold in the fresh blueberries and lemon zest, ensuring even distribution.
Baking

Transfer to Pan
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Cut into squares and serve.
