Frying the Fries

Heat Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry Potatoes
Carefully add a batch of the dried fries to the hot oil. Fry for about 5-6 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Drain and Season
Remove the fries from the oil and drain on paper towels. While still hot, sprinkle with salt to taste.

Mix Ingredients
In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, dried oregano, and dried thyme.

Toss Fries
Once the fries are drained and still hot, sprinkle the house-made seasoning over the fries and toss gently to coat.
