In a large mixing bowl, combine the Maine lobster meat, cream cheese, chopped green onions, grated carrots, minced garlic, and chopped cilantro. Mix well until all ingredients are fully integrated.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut each piece of pita bread into triangles. Place the triangles on a baking sheet and brush them lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy, turning halfway through.

In a small bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, and lime juice. Mix well and adjust the spice level according to your taste.
