Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Proteins

In a large pot, boil the chicken breasts until fully cooked, about 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat, let cool, and chop into small pieces. In a separate pan, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned, about 10 minutes. For the salmon, ensure it is fully cooked and flake it into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Carbohydrates

In another pot, cook brown rice according to package instructions. For the sweet potato, peel, chop, and boil until tender. Once cooked, mash it with a fork or potato masher.

  3. 3

    Chop the Vegetables

Finely chop the carrots and chop the green beans into small pieces. If using fresh peas, ensure they are shelled. If using frozen peas, thaw them before mixing.

Mixing Ingredients

  1. 4

    Combine All Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, ground turkey, and flaked salmon. Add the cooked brown rice and mashed sweet potato. Mix well.

  2. 5

    Add Vegetables and Supplements

Stir in the chopped carrots, green beans, and peas. Finally, add the fish oil, calcium supplement, and multivitamin tablet. Mix thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Storage

  1. 6

    Store the Meal

Divide the mixture into portions based on your dog's size and dietary needs. Store in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for longer storage.
