Chips
- 1
Prepare Tortillas
Stack the corn tortillas and cut them into 6 equal wedges to form chips.

Heat Oil
In a large skillet or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- 3
Fry Chips
Carefully add the tortilla wedges in batches to the hot oil. Fry for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Use a slotted spoon to turn them occasionally.
- 4
Drain Chips
Remove the chips from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Sprinkle with salt while still hot.
