Mix Base Ingredients
In a large pitcher, pour in the cranberry juice, sparkling water, and lemon juice. Stir gently to combine.

Sweeten the Mixture
Add honey and agave syrup to the mixture. Stir until fully dissolved and the sweetness is evenly distributed.

In each glass, add a handful of fresh cranberries and a few mint leaves.
