Method
Cauliflower Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). This high temperature will help achieve that crispy texture.
- 2
Prepare the Cauliflower
Wash the cauliflower and remove the leaves. Cut it into bite-sized florets.
- 3
Season the Cauliflower
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- 4
Bake the Cauliflower
Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- 5
Toss in Buffalo Sauce
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and place it back in the bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the hot cauliflower and toss until well coated.
Ranch Dressing Preparation
- 6
Mix the Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 7
Whisk Until Smooth
Whisk the ingredients together until the ranch dressing is smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- 8
Chill the Dressing
Cover the ranch dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
