Main Ingredients

Sticky Sweet Sriracha Sauce

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prep the Wings

Rinse the bone-in chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.

  2. 2

    Season the Wings

Sprinkle the salt and black pepper over the wings. Toss to coat them evenly.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) while you prepare the sauces.

Making the Sticky Sweet Sriracha Sauce

  1. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In a saucepan, combine the Sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and rice vinegar.

  2. 5

    Cook the Sauce

Heat the saucepan over medium heat. Stir the mixture well and bring it to a simmer. Let it cook for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.

Making the Buffalo Sauce

  1. 6

    Melt the Butter

In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.

  2. 7

    Mix in Hot Sauce

Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Cooking the Wings

  1. 8

    Bake the Wings

Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.

  2. 9

    Coat with Sauce

Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven. For Sticky Sweet Sriracha wings, toss them in the prepared Sriracha sauce. For Buffalo wings, toss them in the Buffalo sauce.

  3. 10

    Serve

Transfer the coated wings to a serving platter and enjoy hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
