Prepare the Blueberry Base
In a medium saucepan, combine the fresh blueberries and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer. Allow the blueberries to cook for about 10 minutes, or until they are soft and have released their juices.

Strain the Blueberry Mixture
Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the blueberry mixture into a bowl to remove the skins and seeds. Press down on the blueberries with a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids.

Mix the Ingredients
In a large pitcher, combine the strained blueberry juice, sparkling cider, lemon juice, and the cinnamon stick. Stir gently to combine.

Add the fresh mint leaves and additional blueberries to the pitcher for garnish.
Serving

Serve Chilled
