Brownie Preparation

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

Melt Butter
In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Mix Sugars
Stir in granulated sugar and brown sugar into the melted butter until well combined.

Add Eggs and Vanilla
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then stir in the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, flour, and salt.

Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

While the brownies are cooling, crumble the Oreo cookies into small pieces.

In a small saucepan, gently heat the chocolate fudge sauce and caramel sauce over low heat until warm.

Cut the cooled brownies into squares and place them on serving plates. Drizzle with the warm fudge and caramel sauce, then sprinkle the crumbled Oreo cookies on top.
