1. Make the Dough

Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

3. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.

4. Shape the Pizza

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into two portions. Roll each portion out into a 12-inch circle.

5. Add Toppings

Spread tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a small border. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, then add your choice of toppings.

6. Bake the Pizza

Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated stone or baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
