Method

Preparation

    Nekkid (Salt & Pepper) Preparation

    Rub the baby back ribs with salt and pepper thoroughly. Let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.

    Brown Sugar Dry Rub Preparation

    Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Rub the mixture all over the ribs and let sit for at least 1 hour.

    Blueberry Chipotle Sauce Preparation

    Mix blueberry chipotle sauce, honey, and lemon juice in a bowl. Brush this sauce on the ribs during the last 30 minutes of cooking.

    Pineapple Habanero Sauce Preparation

    Mix pineapple habanero sauce and lime juice. Brush the ribs with this sauce during the last 30 minutes of cooking.

Cooking

    Preheat your grill or smoker to 225°F (107°C). Cook the ribs indirect heat for about 4-5 hours, maintaining a steady temperature.

    For the last hour of cooking, apply the Blueberry Chipotle sauce or Pineapple Habanero sauce as desired.

    Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
