Pork Chop

Prosciutto Spinach Dijon Cream Sauce

Zesty Orange Miso Glaze

Method

Cooking Pork Chops

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork Chops

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Sear the Pork Chops

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

For Prosciutto Spinach Dijon Cream Sauce

  1. 3

    Cook the Prosciutto and Spinach

In the same skillet used for the pork chops, add the prosciutto and cook until crispy. Add minced garlic and spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts.

  2. 4

    Make the Cream Sauce

Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream and Dijon mustard. Simmer for a few minutes until thickened. Pour the sauce over the cooked pork chops.

For Zesty Orange Miso Glaze

  1. 5

    Prepare the Glaze

In a small saucepan, combine orange juice, miso paste, honey, and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook until slightly thickened.

  2. 6

    Glaze the Pork Chops

Brush the glaze over the seared pork chops before serving.
