Prepare the Ingredients
Dice the fresh white pear and set aside. Squeeze fresh lime juice and measure out the apple juice.
Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine the diced pear, Absolut vodka, triple sec, apple juice, fresh lime juice, and ice.
Shake Well
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lime wheel.
