Sea Bass Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Marinate the Sea Bass

In a small bowl, combine the grated ginger, soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Place the sea bass fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Sautéed Spinach

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the fresh spinach and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and set aside.

  3. 3

    Broil the Sea Bass

Preheat the broiler. Place the marinated sea bass fillets on a broiler pan. Broil for 6-8 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and has a lightly browned top.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Tomato

While the fish is broiling, chop the fresh tomatoes into small pieces.

  5. 5

    Serve

On each plate, place a generous bed of sautéed spinach, top with a broiled sea bass fillet, and garnish with fresh chopped tomatoes. Serve immediately.
