Preparation Instructions

1

Prepare the Crostini

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the ciabatta loaf into 1/2 inch thick slices. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.

2

Toast the Bread

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and toast the bread for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.

3

Assemble the Crostini

Spread a layer of goat cheese on each toasted ciabatta slice. Top with a slice of prosciutto, a few slices of fresh strawberries, and a few basil leaves.

4

Season and Serve

Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately as an appetizer or snack.
