Cooking Instructions
1. Prep the Vegetables
Wash and chop all the vegetables as specified in the ingredients list.
2. Heat the Pan
In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
3. Stir-Fry the Aromatics
Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Add the Vegetables
Add the broccoli, carrot, red bell pepper, snow peas, and zucchini to the pan. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
5. Add the Sauce
Pour in the white rice wine and soy sauce. Stir well to coat the vegetables evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
6. Season
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Add chopped green onions and stir to combine.
7. Serve
Remove from heat and serve immediately as a side dish or over rice for a complete meal.
