Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and chop all vegetables. Make sure to cut them into uniform sizes for even cooking.

Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together the light rice wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper.

Stir-Fry the Vegetables
In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli, carrot, bell pepper, and snap peas. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until they are slightly tender but still crisp.

Add the Sauce
Pour the prepared sauce over the vegetables and toss to coat. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve hot.
