Prepare the Pork
Cut the pork tenderloin into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix cornstarch, egg, salt, and pepper to create a batter. Coat the pork pieces in the batter.

Fry the Pork
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Fry the battered pork pieces until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside on paper towels.

Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, chili paste, and brown sugar. Pour the sauce over the sautéed vegetables and add the pineapple chunks. Stir for another 2 minutes.

Combine and Serve
Add the fried pork back into the pan, mixing well to coat in the sauce. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
