Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork

Cut the pork tenderloin into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix cornstarch, egg, salt, and pepper to create a batter. Coat the pork pieces in the batter.

  2. 2

    Fry the Pork

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Fry the battered pork pieces until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside on paper towels.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

In the same pan, add sliced bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes.

  4. 4

    Make the Sauce

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, chili paste, and brown sugar. Pour the sauce over the sautéed vegetables and add the pineapple chunks. Stir for another 2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Combine and Serve

Add the fried pork back into the pan, mixing well to coat in the sauce. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
