Prepare the Pork
Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips. In a bowl, mix the pork with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.

Cook the Garlic
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Stir-fry the Pork
Add the marinated pork to the skillet and cook, stirring frequently, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Add Green Beans
Add the green beans to the skillet and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.

Combine with Sauce
Stir in the black bean sauce and water, and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Remove from heat and serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
