Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips. Clean and chop the bok choy into bite-sized pieces. Slice the shiitake mushrooms. Mince the garlic and ginger.

  2. 2

    Cook the Pork

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced pork and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Stir-fry the Vegetables

Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet with the pork and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant. Then, add the shiitake mushrooms and bok choy, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

  4. 4

    Add Sauces

Pour in the oyster sauce and soy sauce, stirring to coat the pork and vegetables evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce is heated through.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove from heat and serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
