    Prepare the Vegetables

    In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

    Cook the Tilapia

    In a separate pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the tilapia fillets with salt and black pepper. Fry the fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.

    Combine and Serve

    Add the chopped tomatoes and basil leaves to the sautéed vegetables. Pour in the soy sauce and stir well. Add the cooked tilapia fillets to the skillet and gently mix everything together. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to combine the flavors. Serve hot.
