Heat the water to approximately 65-70°C and add the barley malt. Allow to mash for about 60 minutes.

Mashing

After mashing, separate the liquid (wort) from the grain by lautering. Rinse the grains with hot water to extract more sugars.

Lautering

Bring the wort to a boil and add hops. Boil for around 60 minutes, adding hops at various stages for bitterness, flavor, and aroma.

Boiling

Cool the wort quickly to around 20°C using a wort chiller.

Cooling

Transfer the cooled wort to a fermentation vessel, add yeast, and allow it to ferment for about 1-2 weeks at a controlled temperature.

Fermentation

After fermentation is complete, transfer the beer to a conditioning tank and carbonate it. Allow it to condition for another 1-2 weeks.

Conditioning

Once conditioning is complete, package the beer into bottles or kegs and store it in a cool place.
