Fry the Potatoes
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the fries in batches and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels, then sprinkle with salt.

Cook the Hot Dogs
While the fries are cooking, grill or boil the hot dogs according to your preference until heated through.

Assemble the Hot Dogs
Place each hot dog in a bun and serve with ketchup on the side.

Plate the hot dogs alongside the haus cut fries and additional ketchup for dipping.
