Prepare the Kale
Wash the Lacinato kale thoroughly under cold water. Remove the stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the torn kale leaves, croutons, and Haus Caesar dressing. Toss gently until the kale is well coated with the dressing.

Add Parmesan
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the salad and toss lightly to combine.

Serve
Serve immediately as a fresh and delicious side salad or as a light meal.
