Wash and slice the lettuce, tomato, and red onion. Set aside.

Prepare the Vegetables

Slice the Italian sub rolls in half. Layer the salami, capicola, mortadella, and provolone cheese evenly on the bottom half of each roll.

Assemble the Sandwich

Top the meats with the sliced lettuce, tomato, red onion, and banana peppers.

Add Vegetables

In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle this dressing over the vegetables.

Dress the Sandwich

Place the top half of the rolls on the sandwiches. Cut in half if desired and serve immediately with house-made chips or a side green salad.

Preheat the Oven

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.

Scoop the Dough

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.

Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

Spread a generous layer of hummus on two slices of whole wheat bread. Layer with cucumber, tomato, avocado, and spinach leaves. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with the other two slices of bread.

Prepare the Sandwich

If you choose house-made chips, prepare them by baking or frying thinly sliced potatoes until crispy. For a side green salad, toss together mixed greens, carrot sticks, and a drizzle of olive oil.

Prepare the Side

Place the sandwich in a lunch box along with your choice of house-made chips or side green salad. Optionally, add extra carrot sticks or a small container of dressing for the salad.

Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on one side of each slice of bread.

On one slice of bread, layer the roast beef, lettuce leaves, and tomato slices. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Layer the Ingredients

Top with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down. Press gently.

Cut the sandwich in half and place it in a boxed lunch container. Serve with house-made chips or a side green salad.

Gather all the ingredients, and ensure the bacon is cooked and crumbled, and the vegetables are washed and sliced.

Toast the whole wheat bread slices until golden brown.

Toast the Bread

Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toasted bread. On the first slice, layer turkey breast, lettuce, tomato slices, and crumbled bacon. Season with salt and pepper.

Place the second slice of bread on top, mayonnaise side down. Add another layer of turkey, lettuce, tomato, bacon, and season again if desired. Top with the third slice of bread.

Complete the Sandwich
