Mushrooms

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Clean the Mushrooms

Gently clean the Portobello mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove any dirt. Remove the stems and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined and smooth.

Stuffing and Baking

  1. 3

    Stuff the Mushrooms

Drizzle olive oil over the cleaned mushrooms and rub it in to coat evenly. Fill each mushroom cap generously with the cheese filling.

  2. 4

    Bake the Stuffed Mushrooms

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is golden and bubbly.

  3. 5

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm as an appetizer or snack.
