Cook the Macaroni
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Cheese Mixture
In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, milk, beaten egg, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.

Form the Bites
Using your hands, form the mac and cheese mixture into small balls or bites, about 1 inch in diameter.

Coat with Breadcrumbs
Roll each mac and cheese bite in breadcrumbs until fully coated. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the Bites
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the mac and cheese bites for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Make the Sauce
Add the canned crushed tomatoes, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, black pepper, and sugar to the pan. Stir to combine.

Simmer the Sauce
Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Adjust seasoning to taste.
