Salad Preparation

Prepare the Romaine Lettuce
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce thoroughly. Chop it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

Grill the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Grill over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Allow to rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.

Mix the Caesar Dressing
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and well combined.

Make the Croutons
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the French bread into small cubes. In a bowl, toss the bread cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Spread the cubes on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.

Assemble the Salad
On top of the chopped romaine lettuce, add the sliced grilled chicken, drizzle Caesar dressing generously, and toss gently to combine. Top with homemade croutons and additional Parmesan cheese.

Garnish the salad with lemon wedges on the side. Serve immediately.
