Salad Preparation

Prepare the Romaine
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Shake off excess water and dry using a salad spinner or by patting with a kitchen towel.

Chop the Romaine
Chop the dried romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.

Add Croutons and Parmesan
Add croutons and 0.5 cup of grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl with the romaine lettuce.

Make the Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine 0.5 cup of mayonnaise, minced garlic (2 cloves), 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, and 0.25 teaspoon of black pepper.

Whisk in Olive Oil
Slowly drizzle in 0.25 cup of olive oil while whisking the mixture until well combined and creamy.
Assembly

Combine Salad and Dressing
Pour the Caesar dressing over the salad mixture in the bowl. Toss gently to coat the lettuce, croutons, and cheese evenly with the dressing.

Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle an additional 0.25 cup of grated Parmesan cheese on top of the salad. Serve immediately for the best texture.
