Preparation of Chicken Wings

Prep the Wings
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, baking powder, and vegetable oil. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Arrange on Baking Tray
Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
Cooking the Wings

Bake the Wings
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

Prepare the Buffalo Sauce
While the wings are baking, mix together hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until combined and heated through, then remove from heat.
Making the Blue Cheese Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, mix blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Cover the dressing and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Tossing and Serving

Toss Wings in Sauce
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and toss them in the prepared buffalo sauce until fully coated.

Serve the buffalo wings hot with the blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping.
