Fruit and Berries
Whipped Cream Cheese
Method
Preparing the Fruit
- 1
Wash and Prepare
Carefully wash all the berries (strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries) under cold running water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
- 2
Slice the Strawberries
Remove the green tops from the strawberries and slice them into halves or quarters, depending on your size preference.
- 3
Prepare Kiwi and Banana
Peel the kiwi and cut it into slices. Peel the banana and slice it into rounds.
Making the Whipped Cream Cheese
- 4
Soften the Cream Cheese
Leave the cream cheese at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes until it softens.
- 5
Whip the Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer or a stand mixer to whip until smooth.
- 6
Add Heavy Cream
Gradually add the heavy cream to the cream cheese mixture and continue to whip until the mixture becomes light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
Assembling the Dish
- 7
Combine the Fruits
In a large serving bowl or platter, gently combine all the prepared fruits and berries together.
- 8
Serve with Whipped Cream Cheese
Spoon the whipped cream cheese mixture over the fruit and berries or serve it on the side for dipping.
