Method

Preparation

1

Chill the Wine

Place the bottle of Bellafina Vino Bianco Secco in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to ensure it is nicely chilled.

2

Juicing the Oranges

If using fresh oranges, slice them in half and juice them using a juicer or by hand until you have 1 cup of fresh orange juice. Strain to remove any pulp if desired.

Serving

3

Mix the Mimosa

In a champagne flute, pour in 1 part of chilled Bellafina Vino Bianco Secco followed by 1 part of fresh orange juice. Adjust the ratio to your preference.

4

Garnish (Optional)

For an elegant touch, garnish the mimosa with a slice of orange on the rim of the glass and add a few fresh mint leaves.

5

Serve Immediately

Serve the mimosas immediately while they are bubbly and fresh. Enjoy!
