Prepare the Bruschetta
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the loaf of bread and place on a baking sheet. Mix chopped fresh tomatoes, basil, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Spoon the mixture onto the bread slices and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.

Cook the Chicken and Asparagus
Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the chicken. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. In the same skillet, add trimmed asparagus and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender. Squeeze lemon juice over the chicken and asparagus before serving.

Make the Chocolate Mousse
Chop dark chocolate and melt it in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold in melted chocolate and vanilla extract. Pour the mixture into serving dishes and chill for at least 1 hour. Serve with fresh berries on top.

Serve the Champagne
Chill the champagne in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving. Pour into flutes and enjoy with your meal.
