Sub Assembly

Prepare the Bread
Slice the Italian bread lengthwise to create a top and bottom half.

Add the Meats
Layer the sliced salami, ham, and turkey evenly on the bottom half of the bread.

Add the Cheeses
Place the provolone and mozzarella cheese slices on top of the meats.

Add Vegetables
Top the cheese with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and red onions.

Dress the Sub
Drizzle olive oil and red wine vinegar over the vegetables. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Close and Serve
Place the top half of the bread on the sub, press down gently, and cut into individual servings.
