Preparation

  1. 1

    Chop the Vegetables

Wash and chop the bell peppers into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion and mushrooms. Cut the broccoli into small florets.

Cooking

  1. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped bell peppers, sliced onion, sliced mushrooms, and broccoli florets. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

  2. 3

    Add Cheese

Sprinkle the shredded Grande Mozzarella over the sautéed vegetables. Cover the skillet with a lid and let it cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serving

  1. 4

    Drizzle and Serve

Once the cheese is melted, remove the skillet from heat. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the vegetable and cheese mixture. Serve hot as a side dish or over pasta or grains.
