Preparing the Coffee
- 1
Brew the Coffee
Start by brewing a strong cup of coffee using your preferred method (drip, French press, etc.). Make sure it's hot and freshly brewed.
- 2
Add Sugar
In a heatproof glass or mug, add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar to the bottom.
- 3
Combine Coffee and Whiskey
Pour the freshly brewed coffee over the brown sugar in the glass. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then, add 1.5 oz of Irish whiskey and stir again to combine.
Making the Whipped Cream

Whip the Cream
In a mixing bowl, pour in 1 cup of heavy cream, 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar, and 0.5 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- 5
Mix until Stiff Peaks Form
Using a hand mixer or whisk, beat the cream until stiff peaks form. This should take about 2-3 minutes.
