Preparing the Brussels Sprouts

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare Brussels Sprouts
Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut them in half lengthwise.

Season Brussels Sprouts
In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
Making the Jalapeno Cornbread Crumbs

Preparing the Herb Garlic Aioli

Mix Aioli
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and chopped fresh herbs. Stir until well blended.
Roasting and Serving

Roast Brussels Sprouts
Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.

Top with Cornbread Crumbs
Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and immediately sprinkle the jalapeno cornbread crumbs over the top.

Serve the crispy Brussels sprouts with the herb garlic aioli on the side for dipping.
