Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add tagliatelle and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Chicken and Broccoli
While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Add chicken to the skillet and cook for about 7-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest.

Cook the Broccoli
In the same skillet, add broccoli florets and sauté for about 4-5 minutes, until tender but still bright green. Remove from heat and set aside.

Add Cream and Cheese
Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combining Ingredients

Mix Everything Together
Add the cooked tagliatelle, chicken (sliced), and broccoli to the Alfredo sauce. Toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.

Plate the Dish
Serve the pasta mixture onto plates. Top with halved heirloom cherry tomatoes and pieces of fresh mozzarella burrata. Drizzle with sun-dried tomato pesto before serving.
