Prepare the Dressing
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.

Make the Croutons
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, toss the cubed stale bread with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt until evenly coated. Spread the bread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, tossing halfway through.

Assemble the Salad
In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced black olives, and shaved Parmesan cheese. Drizzle the homemade dressing over the top and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly. Top with the homemade croutons before serving.
